Goodbye Saigon

There is a limit to how much weight you can carry on an airplane. The security team busy handling bags, always misses the one place I stowaway my most precious things. They weigh the bags in my hand, without asking me to step on a scale to see how much I carry in my heart. You would think that even the X-ray machine would detect the millions of precious moments I’m blatantly smuggling onto the plane. Funny, I can squeeze these memories into the cabin and still have legroom. A wonderful season, a million more memories tucked away.

I’m sad for you, yet happy for the population of Saigon.
